ICSI Issues Revised Guidelines for Continuing Professional Education (CPE)

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has issued revised CPE guidelines mandating minimum structured learning hours for practising CS members.

Under the new framework:

• Minimum 12 hours of structured CPE annually for practising CS
• Introduction of digital learning credits through ICSI's e-learning portal
• Mandatory module on ESG and sustainability reporting
• Revised compliance requirements for CPE reporting and maintenance
